Frequently asked
Everything you’re wondering about.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? These are the questions buyers ask most before reaching out.
How do I get started working with William?
Simply reach out over WhatsApp or the contact form with a little about your situation. William will set up a short, no-obligation conversation to understand your goals before recommending anything.
Are your services free for buyers?
Yes. As a buyer, you don’t pay William directly — his fee is typically covered by the developer or seller, so you get independent advice at no cost to you.
Can you help if this is my first home purchase?
Absolutely. Many of William’s clients are first-time buyers. He’ll walk you through eligibility, financing and the paperwork in plain language, at your pace.
Do you only handle new launches, or resale too?
Both. Whether you’re looking at a new launch, resale condo, executive condo or landed property, William can guide you through the options and trade-offs.
What is TDSR and how does it affect what I can buy?
TDSR (Total Debt Servicing Ratio) caps how much of your income can go toward all your debt repayments, including your new home loan. William can help you estimate your borrowing capacity before you start shortlisting.
Can foreigners buy property in Singapore?
Foreigners can buy most private condominiums and executive condos (after the MOP), though landed property and HDB flats have restrictions. William can clarify what’s available to you based on your residency status.
How long does a typical purchase take, from viewing to keys?
For a resale purchase, it’s usually 8 to 12 weeks from offer to completion. New launches follow the developer’s construction timeline, which William will walk you through upfront.
Do you help with selling as well as buying?
Yes. William advises on pricing, marketing and negotiation for sellers too, so you have one trusted point of contact whichever side of the transaction you’re on.
